Online Bank Card Payment Our website is connected to an online acquiring service, so you can pay for your order with a Visa or Mastercard directly on the website. After confirming your reservation, a secure window will open with the Paylink payment service payment page, where you will need to enter your bank card details and email address for the receipt or fiscal check. We use the 3D Secure protocol to confirm payment. If your bank supports this protocol, you will be redirected to the bank's server for additional verification via SMS code. For information on the rules and methods for additional verification, please contact your bank that issued your bank card.

The fields on the payment page require you to enter your card number, email address, card expiration date, and three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All required information is displayed on the surface of the bank card. CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the back of the card. The same window will then open to your issuing bank's page for entering the 3-D Secure code. If you haven't configured static 3-D Secure, it will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If you haven't received the 3-D Secure code, you should contact your issuing bank. 3-D Secure is the most advanced technology for ensuring the security of online card payments. It allows for the unambiguous identification of the cardholder conducting the transaction and minimizes the risk of fraudulent card transactions.

Payment refusal cases: If your payment was not processed or the transaction was canceled, please check: —were the details entered correctly? Please note the expiration date and number of your card; —are there sufficient funds on your card? You can find out more about the available funds on your payment card by contacting the bank that issued your bank card; —are online payments available? For more information about your card's capabilities, please contact your issuing bank. —Is your daily limit for online payments sufficient? For more information about your card's limits, please contact your issuing bank.

For questions about a failed payment, please contact the support team of the issuing bank that issued your card or the support team of the website where the payment was made.

Security Guarantees The Paylink payment service protects and processes your bank card data in accordance with the PCI DSS security standard. Information is transferred to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further information is transferred through closed banking networks with the highest level of security. Paylink does not share your card data with online stores or third parties. 3D Secure is used for additional cardholder authentication. Online Payment Security The personal information you provide (email, bank card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your bank card details are transmitted in encrypted form and are not stored on our server. The security of online payment processing is guaranteed by the Paylink payment service. All transactions with payment cards comply with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard Worldwide, and other payment systems. Special security technologies for online card payments are used when transmitting information, and data processing is performed on the payment service's secure, high-tech server.

Paying by card is secure because: • The authorization system guarantees that the buyer's payment card details (number, expiration date, CVV2/CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters, as this data is not stored on the server in encrypted form and cannot be stolen. • The buyer enters their payment information directly into the Paylink authorization system, and not on the online store website, therefore, the buyer’s card payment details will not be available to third parties.
