1. Binding Agreement and Scope

By executing a booking through the IZI Transfer website, API, or affiliate partners, the Client enters into a legally binding contract with IZI Transfer (Registration Number: KZ63UWQ06967439, Astana, Kazakhstan). These Terms and Conditions strictly govern the liabilities, obligations, and service level agreements associated with all provided transportation services.

2. Booking Validation and Payment Authorization

A booking is exclusively deemed valid upon the issuance of a digital confirmation receipt by IZI Transfer. The Client authorizes IZI Transfer to place a temporary hold or process a full charge on the provided payment method at the time of booking. Falsification of payment details or passenger identity will result in immediate termination of service and potential reporting to fraud prevention agencies.

5. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

IZI Transfer operates with the highest degree of reliability; however, we are not liable for circumstances entirely beyond our control. Force Majeure applies to, but is not limited to: severe meteorological events, unannounced road closures, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or catastrophic mechanical failure not resulting from negligence.

In no event shall IZI Transfer, its directors, or affiliates be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (including missed flights, lost business opportunities, or hotel cancellation fees). The absolute maximum financial liability of IZI Transfer for any claim related to a specific booking shall never exceed the total monetary value paid by the Client for that specific booking.

6. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract shall be settled by binding arbitration in Astana, Kazakhstan, conducted in the English or Russian language.
